Walking and biking around the Beaulieu area is a great delight, especially the walk along the river from Bucklers Hard to Beaulieu or vice versa.

However, the visit is often spoilt by both the difficulty of finding a parking spot and the cost of parking. But, there is a very simple solution to this – the “National Motor Museum” (https://www.beaulieu.co.uk/)

Beaulieu Estate allows the Museum’s free car parks to be used – the car parks are huge and never full – from these car parks there is a lovely walk, which takes you beside the pond to Beaulieu Village.  You can then take either Fire Station Lane or the pathway, (which is situated a few yards up the High Street, on the left), to Bucklers Hard.
