The school tries to reflect the local community, particularly it's history, when it can! We have 4 classes in the school and each one is named after a ward of Beaulieu. We have Hartford class, Beufre class, Otterwood class and St Leonards class. We have 4 House Teams. These are named after 4 of the ships built at Bucklers Hard. They are Agamemnon, Triton, Swiftsure and Illustrious. As a result of trying to reflect Beaulieu's nautical history we decided to go for a ship logo which of course has to have the 3 Beaulieu lozenges on the sail. The four coloured waves underneath the ship are the house colours. Simon Chadwick who is a local children's book author and illustrator designed the logo for us.
